Refund and Withdrawal Policy

*Certification Central requires that all requests for withdrawal be made by submitting the Withdrawal and Request for Refund Form provided at the bottom of this page.

To Receive a Full Refund
Candidates who wish to terminate their agreement and withdraw enrollment from any of the Certification Central programs must submit the Withdrawal and Request for Refund Form before accepting the invitation to enroll in the first module, per their program of study. Once the candidate accepts the module invite, all materials are accessible and available for download. A full refund will be provided according to the terms of the Financial Agreement Form as signed by the candidate. Read the examples below.

     Example 1: Candidate pays for the program with cash or check- Candidate receives full refund
     Example 2: Candidate pays for the program with credit/debit card - Candidate receives full refund less 3% transaction fee
     Example 3: Candidate has chosen a differed payment plan - Candidate will not be invoiced

To Receive a Partial Refund
Candidates who wish to terminate their agreement and withdraw from any of the Certification Central programs after accepting the invitation into one or more modules will receive a partial refund. The refund will consist of subtracting the current per module cost from the total.

     Example 1: Candidate pays for the program with cash or check - Candidate receives full refund less current cost of each module
                          that the candidate has accepted the invitation to participate
     Example 2: Candidate pays for the program with credit/debit card - Candidate receives full refund less the current cost of each
                         module and less 3% transaction fee
     Example 3: Candidate has chosen a differed payment plan - Candidate will be invoiced for each Module that the candidate has
                          accepted the invitation to participate. Also, an official transcript for modules completed will not be provided until
                          full payment has been submitted or promissory note with a payment plan signed.
