Steps to Alaska Licensure

1.       Apply for and obtain a North Dakota Educator License.                                               https://www.nd.gov/espb/licensure

2.      Apply for Alaska’s Initial Out-of-State Teacher Certificate.

          ·         Certification Central will complete the approved program                                         verification form

          ·         Endorsements placed on an Initial/Out-of-State teacher                                            certificate will reflect the endorsements on the applicant’s out-of-                      state  certificate.

3.      Additional Information

·         No teaching experience is required in ND
