Is there interstate reciprocity between ND and South Dakota?

     Yes, if you hold the ND teacher’s license/certificate.

If I go through Certification Central, do I first need to obtain a ND teaching license and then apply for a license in South Dakota where I want to teach?

     Yes

Do I need to have actual teaching experience in ND?

     No

If I enroll in Certification Central, what are the steps to getting a license in South Dakota?
